She met Jeff Davis, a lawyer 13 years older than her, married him and
had a second daughter. He paid for her last two years at Texas Christian
University and her time at Harvard Law School, and kept their two
daughters while she was in Boston. When they divorced in 2005, he was
granted parental custody, and the girls stayed with him. Wendy Davis was
directed to pay child support.
Other outright lies include: her second husband paid her way through law school and she divorced him the day after the last payment was made; her ex-husband accused her in initial court filings of adultery, and was awarded custody of their two daughters; and she first ran for city council in Fort Worth as a Republican.
The women that wore an adult diaper to maintain a filibuster against placing limits on live birth abortions, lied about her divorce, life living in a single wide mobile home, being a single mom and paying her way through law school.

Democrat Senator Udall Asked State to Fabricate Obamacare Numbers
During a time when distrust of the federal government is very high, no one is particularly surprised to learn a government official asked a state government to fabricate obamacare numbers to buoy support for the dying program. That the person in question is a US Senator is extremely troubling.
Coming on the heels of disclosure that the Obama administration intentionally invented numbers to portray unemployment as much lower than reality, and the NSA refuses to disclose if they are stealing the communications and recording the phone calls of members of the United States Congress, people are turning away in disgust.

cancellation notices.
Donlin’s email was sent November 14.
Udall won his Senate seat with only 53% of the vote in 2008, a wave
year for Democrats. The Senator is up for what many believe will be a

Another sickening policy of the obama regime affects our service members. It seems the same bureaucratic marxists that populate the obama administration and who briefly outlawed Christian prayers at national cemeteries, have decreed that our service men and women are not permitted to receive Christmas cards, because they violate Veterans Affairs policy with Christian content.
This outright violation of the US Constitution has become common place for the obama regime and comes to light as the regime further threatens constitutional protections in many other ways.
Susan Chapman is a teacher at Grace Academy of North Texas and, at a parent’s suggestion, organized a project for students to take cards to wounded military veterans to thank them and cheer them up during the holidays. She attempted to deliver those cards to a VA hospital in Dallas on Dec. 22. However, VA staff reportedly stopped her when she entered the facility, telling her that gifts or messages with religious content were not permitted by VA policy.
“It is so sad that the VA is sending a message to our children that after all the veterans have done to fight for freedom across the world, the children have no freedom to say Merry Christmas to these honorable men and women,” Chapman said.
Texas-based Liberty Institute sent a demand letter to the VA, insisting they immediately drop this policy which allows a generic greeting but disallows references to Christmas, which is officially recognized as a national holiday under federal law.
Liberty Institute’s Director of Litigation, Hiram Sasser, responded in a statement, “The VA is once again engaging in unlawful religious discrimination. It is shameful that the VA continues to censor religious speech in Christmas cards when the VA knows it is against the law to do so.”
In saying “once again,” Sasser is referring to the VA being caught forbidding prayers or religious speech at VA funerals and cemeteries. Liberty Institute brought suit in that matter as well, where the VA settled the lawsuit and allowed the religious content to resume. In that Sept. 22, 2011 federal court settlement, the judge ordered the VA “not to ban religious speech or words, such as ‘God’ and ‘Jesus,’ in condolence cards or similar documents given by non-VAVS volunteer[s].”
There is also a lawsuit pending involving Evangelical Christians who were allegedly expelled from being VA chaplains because of their traditional Christian beliefs.

President Signs obamacare Extension - IN SECRET
President Obama, whop proclaimed he woul dlead, "The most OPEN Administration in History," further destroys any shred of credibility he has left by SECRETLY signing another change to the failing and failed obamacre legislation, illegally, and without congressional approval, from his vacation dwelling in Hawaii.

supposed to run out at midnight on Monday, but administration officials
have extended it 24 hours, through Christmas eve, according to the Washington Post. The Post reports that they did so without any public announcement of the change:

It is the latest of several last-minute, ad hoc rule changes issued by the administration, including last week’s announcement that individuals whose insurance plans were canceled may receive an exemption from the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate.

States now should simply announce the law is repealed by presidential fiat and order state departments to ignore it as if it does not exist.
Over the weekend, government officials and outside IT contractors working on the online marketplace’s computer system made a software change that automatically gives people a Jan. 1 start date for their new coverage as long as they enroll by 11:59 p.m. on Christmas Eve.Sources told the Post that the 24-hour extension has been built into the online system and is intended as a precaution in the event that the the problem-plagued website sees a surge of traffic from individuals looking to sign up at the last minute, and buckles under the weight.

Sign Language Interpreter for Mandela Memorial Says He Was Hallucinating - and Other Signs of Obama's Demise
The Dog Days of December seem to have caught up to perennial denier, Barack Obama.
A man being criticized by sign language experts for providing fake interpretations while standing close to President Obama and other heads of state at Nelson Mandela’s memorial says he becomes violent “a lot” and was hallucinating during the event.
Many Americans can relate. Just having to listen to Obama can cause otherwise rational people to hallucinate.
Call it the selfie seen 'round the world. Among the enduring images from Nelson Mandela's massive memorial service in Johannesburg Tuesday will be one of a jovial President Obama taking a cell phone pic with his seat-mates, Denmark's Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt and Britain's David Cameron.
As the three of them smile for the camera, a stern-looking Michelle Obama can be seen staring straight ahead, hands clasped. As if to remind anyone who sees this photo years from now that it was, after all, a memorial service for one of the great human rights leaders.
According to a new poll of 1,013 adults by Princeton Survey Research Associates, 38% say they would pay the mandate tax and forgo buying health insurance. That finding is higher than the 28% who are uninsured who recently told Gallup they’d pay the tax instead of buying coverage.
The results also found widespread confusion about the mandate tax. Overall, the findings have implications for health reform, as the White House is pressing people to sign up.
The Health and Human Services Department has told contractors working on the problem-plagued ObamaCare website not to release documents to congressional investigators, a mandate slammed as “criminal obstruction” by House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa.
The Dec. 6 letter from CMS official Daniel Kane says that although the department understands Congress’ need for documents to continue its probe into the issues with Healthcare.gov, the agency is concerned about security risks from releasing testing information to third parties.
Therefore, the letter states, the agency has decided to not allow contractors to release any documents to any third party, telling the contractors to send congressional investigators to CMS, who will handle the request themselves.
The letter was sent after the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee contacted 11 of the top contractors on the ObamaCare website as part of its investigation into its problems.
In a press release Wednesday, Issa, R-Calif., said the HHS’s request amounts to criminal obstruction, and he has sent a letter to HHS Secretary Sebelius demanding the agency have no further communication with the contractors about the probe.

Iran Enrichment Expanded 400% on Obama's Watch
The bane of president obama's existence has to be his ineptitude at choosing an effective Secretary of State and unwillingness to behave like a leader. As his press secretary says, the president often chooses to lead from behind, which is political speak for complete incompetence on foreign policy issues.
The latest disaster as Secretary of State, John Kerry, fraudulently claims that because Iran's enrichment process ramped up unchecked George Bush, he had "no choice," but to cave in to a bad nuclear deal. That entire pretense is dishonest, cowardly and typical of the obama regime practice of refusing to accept responsibility for negative event but demanding all credit for any positive event.
The current incompetent occupying the Secretary of State office, John Kerry is not even as pathetic as the former obama appointment and self described, next democrat presidential nominee, hilary clinton, who is famous for dismissing her department's rank neglect of our embassy in Benghazi, Libya and the unpunished assassination of our Ambassador. As you may remember, ms. clinton famously waved off responsibility by proclaiming, "What difference does it make, now?"
One must not confuse deliberate incompetence with involuntary incompetence, because, as we've seen, once a citizen speaks out and receives media attention about the obama regime failings, the IRS and other government agencies, notably NSA, DOJ and TSA are on them in seconds, with the full anger of an incompetent embarrassed.
At a time when China is threatening Japan on a daily basis, this administration of fools has taken a hard stance against columnists that write critical articles about their "dear leader." While Iran runs urnaium enrichment, unabated, the second coming of Neville Chamberlain proclaims his "deal" ensures peace and safety.
Onew has to wonder how large are the bribes from muslim nationals, to DC insiders, that the white house would undermine national security to such an extent.
So pro-muslim has the obama white house become, it is now willing to proclaim that criticizing muslims on social media "may" be considered a felony, by the corrupt DOJ. Why Do Lliberal Democrats Always Embrace What Is Bad For America?
When you look across the desert of the left you see a wasteland of programs, initiatives and offensives designed to install things that are detrimental to America. From the current concept of government dependency to common core, the left has chosen an intentional platform that abuses the constitution, steals liberty, destroys freedom and undermines our country.
Many think of the national debt as a "problem." The left sees it as a bottomless basket of fruit that exists only to serve their agenda.
Some consider Sharia Law to be the antithesis of tolerance, freedom to choose and freedom to decide who and what you will be. Liberals see Sharia Law as some kind of holy grail that should never be examined in the light, challenged, or held to the same standards they hold all other convictions.
Economists, thinking clearly, know that education, hard work and adherence to good business principles translate into strong growth, robust currency and low unemployment. Liberal Democrats seem to think common core is preferable to common sense and strict adherence to their dogma will lead the youth of today into the socialist nirvana of tomorrow.
To a liberal, freedom to choose, means you are free to choose whatever the left chooses for you and you are free to do so RIGHT NOW. To disagree is to be labeled a racist and trivialized which is right out of Saul Alinsky's, Rules For Radicals.
The worst offense one can commit in the lefty universe is to fail to immediately embrace, consent to, conform with and claim to have always believed, whatever the masters of the left say, today. In the liberal universe, free thought is the enemy and to the left, the government MUST stamp out non-permitted thinking.
Democrats have allowed their party to be overtaken by undisguised fascists, masquerading as Democrats. Book banning is celebrated, as long as the book endangers the liberal mantra and the bible is the best example. No where in the new leftist world, is adherence to fair play, decency, hard work, self reliance and honesty allowed. If you insist on such things, you must be a domestic terrorist and the government has uniformed thugs armed and ready to deal with you.
Should you try and work trough the political system to address freedom, the hatred of the left is instantly unleashed to silence you. When elections are stolen right before our eyes, simply noticing it becomes a crime against liberalism. The very people who claim to be all for tolerance and diversity, hate you for daring to tolerate anything other than their agenda.
The left has become the greatest source of institutional hypocrisy in history and is proud of it.
It is truly time for a regime change, America.

America is beset with scandals emanating from the Oval Office. The headlines scream and the left wing spins almost as loud. The rules for journalistic integrity have been so shorn, as to be no longer existent, as traditional news outlets print everything EXCEPT the truth,

The left wing and the democrat party shrieked their outrage, never considering the possibility that those damning words were the rare that night, as most, if not all, of the things said by the president were simply, not true.
Now the record stands stark. Barack Obama has been outed for his never ending shell game of lies, tricks, deceit and dishonesty and obamacare collapses all around us. The government and much of the press kneel before the white house and feel the scorn of the president and his very thin skin, daily.
Washington, D.C.’s insurance commissioner was fired the day after he questioned President Barack Obama’s “fix” for the millions of health insurance policies cancelled because of the roll out of the Affordable Care Act.
William P. White’s termination came Friday, when one of Democratic Mayor Vincent C. Gray’s senior deputies told him that the mayor “wants to go in a different direction,” White told The Washington Post.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 42% of Likely U.S. Voters think the president’s views are closest to their own when it comes to the major issues facing the country. Debt Ceiling Deal Complete With Massive Kentucky Bribe for Mitch McConnell
Obama - Chicago Style - Bribe at Work in Ending Government Shutdown
A proposal to end the government shutdown and avoid default orchestrated by Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and Democratic Leader Harry Reid includes a nearly $3 billion earmark for a Kentucky project.
Language in a draft of the McConnell-Reid deal (see page 13, section 123) provided to WFPL News shows a provision that increases funding for the massive Olmsted Dam Lock in Paducah, Ky., from $775 million to nearly $2.9 billion.
The Senate passed the McConnell-Reid deal by a 81-18 vote and it now heads to the House.
Among those who voted against the bill were Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, who derided the legislation for overlooking the nation's debt.
"Tonight, a deal was struck to re-open the government and avoid the debt ceiling deadline. That is a good thing," Paul said in a statement. "However, our country faces a problem bigger than any deadline: a $17 trillion debt. I am disappointed that Democrats would not compromise to avoid the looming debt debacle."

Veterans Remove Barricades from Memorials - Deliver them to White House
American Veterans, fed up with the emperor like behavior of President Obama, removed the "barry-cades" placed there to shut Veterans out from their privately funded, open air, WWII Memorial and delivered them and a strong message of dissent, to President Obama, hiding inside the White House.
It is not unheard of for an American President to hide from Americans seeking redress, but it is unprecedented for a sitting American president to intentionally attack US Veterans by barricading them out of memorials honoring their fallen comrades. Obama clearly has zero understanding of the sacrifice made by our Veterans, and the lives that were lost to protect freedom and as a result, his actions are more in keeping with those of the leader of a cheap, sleazy, third world, junta.

If this is an attention ploy, hoping to gain in the polls, Obama is losing ground and picking up speed. Americans who previously stayed on the sidelines of the brittle relationship between Obama and US Citizens, are turning away from his imperial style, out of control ego and destructive obsession with being the center of attention.
True to form, Obama sent his goon squads, in riot gear, complete with tanks, to confront US American Veterans in the same place his goon squads welcomed illegal aliens and their demonstration just days ago.
Sadly, no riot police bearing wire hand cuffs were deployed to deal with the illegals openly defying our laws, in the same place last week. Far too often Barack chooses those as his allies, turning his back and showing his contempt for us.

obamacare - Who Is Hurt?
When one looks across the landscape of the idiotic obamacare roll out, it is apparent that the intent of this bill is, and always was, the end of the middle class and the permanent subjugation of all but the very rich.
As people open their mail and discover the enormous increases of their monthly health insurance premiums for the coming year, the silence of the vicious left wing is appalling. When Nancy Pelosi said, "You HAVE TO pass the bill, to find out what's in it," she meant that literally because the 3,000 pages of law, followed by 400,000 pages of regulations is a map of how the government will hold you down, take your money, steal your liberty and force you into poverty, through trillions in wasteful spending, SWAT team enforcement and gun point intimidation.
As reports show the first implementation efforts, which were funded at $1 billion, have serious financial accountability lapses, the money grab that accompanies this abortion of a law are becoming more and more obvious. The creation of scores of SWAT Teams specifically for the purpose of "enforcement" of obamacare, should infuriate and frighten people with enough sense to see the totalitarian police state forming around us.
As Senate leader, Harry Reid and his partners in crime, John McCain and Nancy Pelosi shriek about Ted Cruz, voters increasingly turn their backs on the progressive left and find their voices ignored, attacked and threatened. obamacare has the potential to become the ultimate coups. American incomes have tumbled over the last decade. But for many people in Washington, D.C., it’s been something of a party.
The income of the typical D.C. household rose 23.3% between 2000 and 2012 to an inflation-adjusted $66,583, according to the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, its most comprehensive snapshot of America’s demographic, social and economic trends. During this period, median household incomes for the nation as a whole dropped 6.6% — from $55,030 to $51,371. The state of Mississippi, which had one of the biggest declines, dropped 15% to $37,095: Nearly one in three people there have an income that is near the poverty line.

Are These The Times That Try Obama's Soul?
As the reality of an unhappy electorate, coming into a dangerous 2014, mid-term election, sober up the all out, all socialist democrat party, election minded liberals are showing a willingness to defy the Obama agenda of debt, spending, foreign weakness and media manipulation. Without blind obedience, the second term agenda will suffer.

Throughout Obama's first term the media REFUSED to allow a single shred of truth to be printed that even hinted at dissatisfaction with their hero. Stories were routinely spiked, reporters reassigned, or relieved of their job for submitting anything that resembled non-compliance with the wishes of the regime. Those who failed to conform were singled out by everyone from msnbc to the IRS, for persecution. The first amendment has been routinely ignored as administration hacks attacked anyone who wouldn't walk the line drawn by the white house.
In the fifth year of obama's reign too many people simply stopped tuning in, logging on, or listening to the government controlled voices of the media and profits were severely reduced. The regime countered by hiring 15 "friendly" journalists away from networks and installing them on the regime's staff, at enormous taxpayer expense, to influence the press even more. A regime that promised to be the most open and transparent in history, has all but disappeared behind locked doors, secret orders and outright lies, to avoid any hint of the truth, as long as possible.
Thankfully.
With a national media on their knees begging to obey him, Barack Obama won virtually every one of his pet projects, against the will of the voter. With 100% Senate democratic following, and just barely enough Congressional democrats falling in line, Obama force fed the disastrous obamacare bill thru without a single republican vote, proving that there was just enough vote fraud, at the senate level, to make sure there would be 60 votes on Christmas Eve, to saddle tax payers with the worst written, least thought out, most destructive bill ever passed.
Now that the real truth about obamacare and its insidious tendrils are becoming impossible to cover up, people are standing up and speaking above the din of the knee pad wearing media and public support for obamacare and Obama are taking a dramatic hit.

Socialist Senator recently summed it up. "If you read the papers, you almost think the Republicans are in
control,” said Senator Bernard Sanders of Vermont, an independent who
caucuses with Democrats and vigorously opposed Mr. Summers until he
withdrew from consideration. “They’re constantly on the offensive.
Democrats are on the defensive.”
The lack of strong leadership, he added, has created a vacuum. “I think
you’re going to see more independents saying, ‘Mr. President, we look
forward to working with you, but we’re not simply going to accept your
leadership and your ideas,’ ” he said. “ ‘We’re not going to follow you.
You’re going to have to work with us.’ ”
If the USA is to survive three more years of Obama's lack of decency, leadership, honesty and integrity, far more elected officials will have to find the encourage to tell the truth and ignore the empty headed criticism from the likes of John McCain, Diane Feinstein and Lindsey Graham. America needs more TEA and less Socialism.

NY Times Accuses Conservative - TEA Party Members of Being TERRORISTS
A video (from the Daily Caller) reveals the Republican Party's real angst about the Tea Party.
David Brooks (the Gray Lady's idea of a housebroken conservative) laments, to PBS's Judy Woodruff that Republican legislators like Ted Cruz aren't "normal members. . . going to Congress to create coalitions, make alliances and . . . pass a lot of legislation" while interesting themselves in "the perks . . . the leadership has to offer." Indeed, Brooks asserts, "They're not [real] legislators" at all -- just obstructionists "who want to stop things."
All of which conversely implies Brooks believes real legislators are ones who go to Congress only because they can pass lots of legislation, create coalitions, make alliances, interest themselves in the perks the leadership has to offer, avoid obstructionism, and fail to stop anything.
"The Tea Party types," says Brooks, are "running against the Republican establishment[,] . . . having a very obstructive role, and making John Boehner's life even more difficult." Indeed, Brooks moans, they have no real policy goals at all and "Their [only] object is to take over the Republican Party."
Let's devoutly hope Brooks knows whereof he speaks. One could hardly ask for a better divination of what the Tea Party's real aspiration should be than Brooks' denunciation of Ted Cruz and what Mark Shields (Brooks' Democratic "sparring partner" in the video) disparages as "these people . . . the Tea Party people . . . the ruin or rule people -- mostly ruin because they're not really interested in ruling . . . " Let's hope so because the present establishment duopoly which is, in fact, very much interested in ruinously ruling constitutes, in reality, little more than a one-party state in which either party, if the other didn't exist, would have to invent it in order merely to preserve the illusion of a two-party state subject to substantive political opposition.
In political reality, there has in living memory been no conservative political party in the United States. There is none now; and, absent reforming the Republican Party or creating a third party, there will be none in the future.
The Republican Party isn't the Democratic Party's conservative opposition. Had it been, government spending at all levels wouldn't now equal almost 40% of the nation's gross domestic product (versus under 10% a century ago), over 40% of the citizenry wouldn't now be receiving some type of government assistance (versus virtually none a century ago), Federal regulations alone wouldn't now comprise more than 200 volumes occupying about 20 feet of shelf space (versus none a century ago), and the Federal debt alone wouldn't now equal almost 110% of the nation's gross domestic product (versus close to none a century ago).
Creating coalitions, making alliances, passing lots of legislation, and enjoying the leadership's perks (i.e., for Brooks the ideal behavior of normal Congressmen) have, in other words, been the rule which has already ruined the Republic and will soon enough complete its destruction unless the "Tea Party types" whom both Brooks and Shields so scorn can manage in time to create a substantive political opposition which, in fact, returns the Republic to something like at least a genuine two-party state. It's not only time to, in Brooks' words, "stop things." Indeed, it's time to reverse things. And who -- other than Brooks, Shields, and their ilk --would believe legislation reversing the unconstitutional governance which has created a collectivist state is neither legislation per se nor the prerogative of normal congressmen in a representative Republic?
Does "the rise of Ted Cruz-ism" (Brooks' phrase for "the Tea Party types") really mean "to take over the Republican Party" as Brooks bemoans? We'd better hope so if we aspire ever again to become anything like free men with free markets in a representative Republic constitutionally governed.
